01 — Client Memory · being built

Client Memory.

Client Memory is being built to carry reviewed context forward. Planned Smart Client Onboarding extracts it from websites and brand documents for your approval.

From draft to next step

✓Context: Keep tone, audience, offers, and constraints close.

✓Memory: Choose which reviewed lessons carry forward.

✓Control: Review, edit, trace the source. No silent learning.

02 — Bring existing work

Your work. Same flow.

Bring captions and media references into the same review workflow: images, carousels, videos, and Reels. Private direct uploads are being validated for beta.

03 — Move work forward

Approved. Now move it.

Keep the approved version clear. Use the Content Queue and Calendar to see what is ready, what is scheduled, and which client still needs attention.

From draft to next step

✓Review again: A changed post needs fresh approval.

✓Queue: Separate ready content from work awaiting review.

✓Calendar: See scheduled and unscheduled work by client.

The connected workflow

From first draft to a clear next step.

Keep the brief, decisions, versions, and dates together. Your team can see what needs work and what is ready to move.

Product foundation

  • Keep each client’s context alongside their work.
  • Save drafts; create captions and images or import content.
  • Idea Board and Assisted Ideation help choose a direction.
  • Explore campaign angles, hooks, and visual concepts.
  • Check the session’s Next Draft Plan before creating.
  • Review, request changes, and approve the latest version.
  • Track Queue, Calendar, and social-account readiness.

Beta validation & what follows

  • Beta validation: private, recoverable client uploads.
  • Beta validation: approved and scheduled publishing.
  • Planned: starting formats for offers, explainers, and campaigns.
  • Planned: WhatsApp approval reminders and client APPROVE/CHANGE replies, with fewer logins.
  • Planned: festival planning, Hindi/Hinglish, and regional-language work for local markets.
  • Planned: adapt content direction to each platform.
  • Planned: refine hooks, tone, or CTAs without starting over.

Approved execution

Approval should be the last major handoff.

Approved publishing is being validated for beta. The goal: use Publish Now or a planned date to reach selected connected accounts without one more handoff.

The intended workflow

Publish when it’s ready

Choose the intended social accounts and use Publish Now for the approved version, without another round of copying and posting.

The intended workflow

Keep the planned date

Send approved content at the planned time. See the outcome and check unclear results before retrying.

Nothing publishes without user approval.

Founder note

The handoffs add up before the team does.

I'm building Vaerla because agency content gets fragmented long before a team becomes large.

Every client should become easier to work with over time. Their preferences, corrections, and approved ideas should help the next draft, instead of disappearing into old messages.

That is why I’m building Client Memory: reviewed knowledge that carries forward, with the agency in control. The connected workflow is how that knowledge will reach the next piece of work.

Waitlist FAQ

Before you join.

What is Vaerla?

A content execution workspace for agencies. It connects the client brief, created or imported content, review, approval, and schedule — so the team can follow the work without piecing it together across tools.

What is Client Memory?

Client context already stays close to the work. Client Memory is being built so selected preferences and feedback carry into future drafts. You’ll review, edit, and see the source of each memory — no silent learning. Planned Smart Client Onboarding extracts context from websites, PDFs, and brand guides for your approval.

Can I create content inside Vaerla?

Yes. Generate captions and images from client context, then edit or regenerate before review. More structured starting formats and focused refinement controls are planned.

Can I bring content created elsewhere?

Yes. Bring captions and media links into review, including images, carousels, videos, and Reels. Private direct uploads are being validated for beta and are not generally available yet.

How do review and approval work?

Review the draft, edit or regenerate what needs work, and approve the version that is ready. Changes require fresh review and approval, so a revised draft is not mistaken for the approved post.

How do I decide what to create next?

Use the Idea Board to organize the brief and Assisted Ideation to explore angles, hooks, and visual concepts. Check the Next Draft Plan to see what generation will use. This planning currently stays within your session.

Does Vaerla publish directly yet?

Not generally. Publish Now and scheduled publishing to selected social accounts are being validated for beta. The goal is to send the approved version, show its outcome, and resolve unclear results before retrying. Planning a date does not itself publish a post.

Does joining the waitlist cost money?

No. Joining is free, with no payment or credit card required. The displayed Founding 20 plans are provisional pricing for a future paid launch.

What happens after I join?

You may receive build updates or questions about your workflow. Selected users may be invited for early testing. Joining does not guarantee immediate access or a testing invitation.
